Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a healing touch therapy from Japan, using a combination of ancient Chinese medicine and western understanding of anatomy and physiology. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience, easing away old tension, relieving pain, creating vitality and good health.
Shiatsu uses acupressure points, gentle stretches and rotation of joints to release locked up stress engaging our natural self-healing abilities. For yoga student's it can be really helpful in promoting greater flexibility and better postural alignment. A treatment takes place on a comfortable futon at floor level through loose fitting clothing.

Tailored to your health requirements and specific goals, we can help you find a personal yoga practice that suits your lifestyle. For example you may have 15 minutes each day or an hour twice weekly.
