SkyYoga Days with Sarah Lawes.
 
An opportunity to deepen your experience of yoga. The Morning will be a flowing session of Asana, Kriya and Pranayama. In the afternoon there will be time for discussion on yoga and practice and then we will help each other in postures with holding and shiatsu.
 
The cost for the day is £35, please bring lunch to share.
